It begins with an explanation of how the power to enact procedural law and to organize administrative courts is distributed between the federal state and the local states. It then describes the core constitutional and statutory principles and structures of administrative jurisdiction and the courts, and discusses the lack of a general special procedure to deal with actions involving the federal state and federal subject matter issues (except for interim measures and ‘amparo’ proceedings). The article goes on to provide an explanation of what is currently happening regarding class actions within this context, and it ends with remarks by the author on some provisional conclusions.</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>administrative justice</kwd><kwd>Argentina</kwd><kwd>class actions</kwd><kwd>provisional measures against the state</kwd><kwd>federal jurisdiction</kwd><kwd>‘Amparo’ proceeding</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">Josefina de Urquiza, Facundo Soria</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Giannini L. el certiorari. la jurisdicción discrecional de las cortes supremas (La Plata, Librería Editora Platense 2016).</mixed-citation><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Giannini L. el certiorari. la jurisdicción discrecional de las cortes supremas (La Plata, Librería Editora Platense 2016).</mixed-citation></citation-alternatives></ref><ref id="cit2"><label>2</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Giannini L.J.
